We offer two ticketed events that complement our exhibit Getting on the Map: The Emergence of Calgary, Post-Confederation. These informative events will help Calgarians explore & understand the experience of local First Nations during the years immediately post-Confederation.
Join us April 20 at 6:30 p.m. when we will screen the Calgary film Elder in the Making followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Chris Hsiung and producer Cowboy Smithx. In the film, Chinese-Canadian Chris and Blackfoot Cowboy set out together to rediscover their shared heritage.
