Last Thursday, October 26th, the BNA hosted our 2017 Annual General Meeting with a special members-only Beltline Urban Murals Project (BUMP) Artist Talks event at Memorial Park Library. We heard from three of the four local 2017 BUMP mural artists Curtis Van Charles, Adam He Chu, and Mateusz Napieralski on the process and inspiration behind their latest Beltline murals.

Federation of Calgary Communities - Community Hero Award

We're very pleased to announce that Peter Schryvers, Public Art Director for the BNA was awarded the Federation of Calgary Communities Community Hero Award for his work and leadership in starting the Beltline Urban Murals Project with the BNA. Congratulations Peter!

The Award was presented to Peter by Ben Morin, Urban Planner with the Federation of Calgary Communities.
